Description

A continuous wooden body and tapered ends distinguish this rolling pin from a handled roller. The hands work directly on the surface, letting pressure move across the dough as the pin turns. The narrowing ends help with small directional changes when working around a circle or evening out a sheet.

The supplied length is approximately 50.8 cm, with a maximum diameter around 3.6 cm. Jatoba, hard maple and a mixed-wood option are listed. The pin can be used for pastry, pasta, fondant or other suitable dough, with flour and working pressure adjusted to the recipe. Its simple one-piece profile avoids separate moving handles. Natural grain remains visible along the length and will vary between pieces, particularly when comparing a pale maple variant with a darker wood combination.

  • Approximate length: 50.8 cm

Care: Hand wash with mild soapy water and dry promptly. Do not soak or put in a dishwasher. Store dry, away from direct heat. Follow the supplied wood-care guidance and use a compatible kitchenware conditioner when needed.
