Description
A broad, rigid wooden end moves soft ingredients from a jar or bowl to bread, a cracker or a preparation surface. The short handle provides close control for spreading without the length of a deep-jar utensil. Its simple outline lets the selected hardwood's grain and colour remain visible.
The supplied dimensions are approximately 19.8 × 3 × 0.6 cm. Hard maple, jatoba, ebony and bloodwood are the listed choices. Use the flat end with butter, jam, soft cheese, icing or another suitable spread. This utensil has a spreading edge rather than a sharp cutting blade, and it should not be treated as a substitute for a kitchen knife.
