Description

These cooking chopsticks provide a narrow, controlled way to turn small pieces of food or separate ingredients in a pan. The thicker handle ends taper towards slim tips, giving the pair a different balance from short eating chopsticks. Their long reach also makes them useful for stirring in a taller vessel.

Each chopstick is approximately 40.6 cm long. The supplied square handle width is around 1.1 cm, tapering towards a tip about 0.3 cm across. Choose hard maple or jatoba from the listed material options. The pair can help move noodles, rotate individual pieces or lightly combine ingredients with a precise grip.
